Can I order takeaway from my local Haute Dolci?
You can order takeaway for collection straight from our website www.hautedolci.co.uk/orderonline.
Do you deliver to my address?
We offer delivery via Deliveroo or UberEATS to bring the Haute Dolci experience straight to your home. We have launched this for the majority of our locations, please check Deliveroo or UberEATS for more information. If you are not close to these locations, we hope to launch this service across more of our locations in the coming months, so stay tuned!
An item is missing from my delivery – what should I do?
Please check your confirmation email and hit the order help link to chat to the Deliveroo/UberEATS support team.

I have the Dolci Key app – can I earn points with my delivery orders?
Not at the moment. We are currently working on this.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email, so have you got my order?
If you reached the confirmation screen after placing your order and paying for it, then it’s likely that the confirmation email just didn’t reach you, so check your junk folder and make sure your email is working. If you didn’t get to the confirmation screen and didn’t get an email it’s likely something went wrong, and your order hasn’t gone through. Please try again or select the order help link.
What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll be notified immediately if the payment doesn’t go through. If you’ve tried again and it’s still not processing, then please contact your bank.
Why has my order been cancelled?
If your order has been cancelled unexpectedly, please contact the Deliveroo or UberEATS Customer Service team via the Help link on your email.
Can I use vouchers or Gift Cards with delivery orders?
Unfortunately, not right now. Haute Dolci Gift Cards can only be used in store. However, if you have a Deliveroo or UberEATS voucher then you can use this.
Can I change or add items to my order?
You can contact the Deliveroo or UberEATS Customer Service team via the Help link on the confirmation email, and we’ll do our best to make sure you get the changes you need.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
As long as the restaurant has not yet started preparing your order, you’re able to cancel your order via the Help link in your confirmation email. If the restaurant has already started preparing your order and you want to cancel, please get in touch with us, you can do this via the Help link as well.
What if I have allergies?
If you have specific allergies and are concerned about any items on a menu, please contact the restaurant before placing your order.

What is a Dolci Key?
One of the most sought after and iconic status symbols of Haute Dolci across the country. An Haute Dolci key gives you access to our loyalty app which in turn gives you many exclusive benefits.

What are the benefits of having the Key app?
A Dolci Key app has many benefits. Added together, they make keys a must-have accessory for serious Dolci fans. Please visit the My Key page for a breakdown of the major perks.
Can the Key app be used at all stores?
Yes, the Key app can be used at Haute Dolci stores.
I was not able to add my points to my app in-store due to a system error, how can I add those missed points to my app?
Please contact us so we can assist you further. Please have your receipt ready to show us.
What is a Gift Key?
A Gift Key is a Dolci Key with a gift card, allowing you to gift a Dolci Key and a delicious dine-in experience to a special person. They can register to our Key app and start collecting points straight away. Additionally, they can use the Gift Key to redeem against their dining experience in store. Gift Keys can be purchased in-store or online. Find out more information about the Dolci Key on our My Key page.
What is the minimum Gift Key amount?
You can buy a minimum of a £20 Gift Key.
How long is a Gift Key valid for?
Your Gift Key is valid for one year. The T&Cs on the back of the card may say one or two years, but the amount is valid for one year only.
Does a Gift Key amount need to be used all at once?
No, you can spend a little or a lot – the remaining balance will be on your Gift Key Card.
Can I add a personal message?
We offer you the possibility to add a personal message to your order if you wish. When ordering, select an option from the dropdown menu where the listing asks, ‘Want to add a message?’.
How are gift cards shipped?
Standard shipping is 3 – 7 working days from the date of order.
Standard shipping is £4.99.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.
Delivery is expected within 3 – 5 working days of dispatch.
Why have I not received my Gift Key yet?
If you haven’t received your gift key after 7 working days, please contact us and will help you track your gift.
What is a Key hunt?
This is the most exciting way of to get hold of a key by joining one of our famous key hunts via our social media pages or website. Please visit the My Key page for more details.
I have lost the physical Key that was attached to my gift card/found in a key hunt, can I still use it?
Yes, but you must be registered on our loyalty app, Dolci Key.
I have lost my gift card, can I still redeem it?
Unfortunately not. As with all gift cards or gift vouchers, they are not redeemable against a cash alternative and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Haute Dolci will not be held liable if a gift card is lost, damaged or stolen.
Can we just walk in?
Yes, but some of our stores do get very busy so it is recommended to book in advance, if possible. The Store page on our website shows which stores allow walk ins only, and which stores take reservations.
How can I make a reservation?
You can book a reservation via the Stores page on our website and via Resdiary.
Can I book via Instagram or Facebook?
Unfortunately, we do not take bookings via our social media platforms.
When is a good time to visit if I don’t have a lot of time to wait?
Most restaurants are busiest at peak meal times; from noon – 2PM and 6 – 10PM on weekdays. Weekends can be busy all day until about 11PM. Also, everything on our menu can be ordered online for takeaway, by phone or in store. Most locations offer delivery too.
Can you accommodate large parties?
While each location is unique, most of our restaurants have open floor plans which can accommodate a few large parties. Many locations accept reservations for large parties, please call the restaurant to discuss with the Manager or use our Enquiry Form to find out more.
Can I book a private function?
A few locations offer private dining rooms or banquet facilities to accommodate 25 to 200 guests. See our Meetings and Events page for more details.

Are we allowed to bring our own food?
Unfortunately, not. In some instances, we use approved caterers at some locations, but we provide an extensive food and desserts menu that can be tailored to meet your event needs.
Are we allowed extra time for setting up?
Yes, we can allow extra time for setting up but you will be charged by the hour.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes, as long as they do not damage our interiors and are taken away with you after the event has ended. We don’t allow confetti or table confetti/gems.
Can we play our own music?
Yes, at some locations with a separate events space, this will be possible.
Are we allowed to bring in a DJ?
Yes, at some locations with a separate events space, this will be possible.
Can we bring our own celebration cake?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow cakes to be brought in from external caterers due to health and safety.
Do you provide decorations?
On some occasions, in selected locations, we may be able to assist you with decorations. Please get in touch to provide more information.
Can you provide a celebration cake?
Of course, we are famed for our desserts after all! Please get in touch and we will do our best to assist.
Do you do anything for special for guests celebrating birthdays or other occasions?
Haute Dolci is the perfect place to celebrate! If you order dessert, we’ll personalise the plate with “Happy Birthday” (or Anniversary, Good Luck, etc.) with our signature chocolates.
What is the dress code?
We are an upscale, casual dining restaurant. Be comfortable and feel free to come as you are.
Are babies and children allowed?
Absolutely! If you need a highchair, please ask your host or server. We also have changing tables in our bathrooms.
Can you accommodate wheelchairs?
Absolutely! Please contact us for more information.
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs in our restaurants.

No, we do not accept American Express at the moment.

Yes, we offer 15% student discount and 15% Blue Light discount but the discounts cannot be used at the same time.
