Haute Dolci – Blue Light Card & Student Discount Terms & Conditions

1. The 10% discount is available to customers presenting a valid Blue Light Card or valid Student ID at participating Haute Dolci venues.

2. This offer is valid Monday to Friday only, from venue opening time until closing time.

3. The discount applies to dine-in and takeaway orders only.

4. A valid physical or digital Blue Light Card or valid Student ID must be presented at the point of ordering or payment. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once payment has been completed.

5. The discount is non-transferable and may only be used by the named cardholder.

6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, set menu, voucher, or discount, unless otherwise stated by management.

7. The discount applies to the total food and drink bill only and excludes gift cards, retail items, delivery partner orders, or any other excluded items as determined by management.

8. Management reserves the right to refuse the discount if valid identification is not provided or if misuse is suspected.

9. Haute Dolci reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

Haute Dolci – Dolci Duo Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Overview
1.1. The Offer entitles an eligible Customer to receive one complimentary menu item
of equal or lesser value (“Complimentary Item”) when they purchase an eligible
menu item (“Qualifying Item”) at participating Haute Dolci venues in the UK.
1.2. The Offer is designed to be enjoyed together and must be redeemed as a
shared experience in-venue; it is not valid for takeaway, delivery, collection, or third
party platform orders.
1.3. The Offer is available for dine-in customers only at participating Haute Dolci
venues, which may vary by location and can change at any time.

2. Eligible Locations
2.1. The Offer is only valid at participating Haute Dolci venues in the United
Kingdom.
2.2. Not all Haute Dolci venues may be participating in the Offer. Participation may
vary by location and by date, and some venues may withdraw from the Offer at any
time at their discretion.
2.3. It is your responsibility to check with your local Haute Dolci venue before
ordering to confirm whether the Offer is available at that specific location.

3. Eligibility
3.1. The Offer is open to all Customers visiting participating Haute Dolci venues,
subject to these T&Cs.
3.2. The Offer is valid for all dine-in orders that include at least one Qualifying Item,
subject to availability.
3.3. At least one person in the dining party must present a valid student identification
card to qualify for the Offer.
3.4. A valid student ID must be:
• Current and in date
• Issued by a recognised educational institution
• Presented in-venue at the time of ordering
3.5. Failure to present a valid student ID upon request will result in the Offer being
refused and the full menu price being charged.
3.6. The student ID holder does not need to be the person consuming the
Complimentary Item, but must be present at the table during the dine-in visit.

4. Qualifying & Complimentary Items
4.1. A Qualifying Item is any food, drink, brunch, dessert, main or other qualifying
menu item that is listed on the Haute Dolci menu and is purchased at full price during
the promotional period.
4.2. When you purchase a Qualifying Item at its regular price, you will receive one
Complimentary Item of the same menu item.
4.3. The Offer is not valid on certain excluded items, such as special desserts or
premium items, as may be determined by Haute Dolci from time to time (for
example, Matilda Cake and Chocolate Fondue may be excluded).
4.4. The Complimentary Item must be the same menu item as the Qualifying Item
and cannot be substituted for a different menu item.

5. Dine-In Only
5.1. The Offer is strictly available for dine-in consumption only.
5.2. The Offer does not apply to takeaway, delivery, click & collect, courier or other
remote order services.

6. Offer Availability
6.1. The Offer applies during specified promotional days/times only and may be
subject to change or withdrawal at Haute Dolci’s discretion.
6.2. The Offer is subject to availability while stocks last and may be limited by venue.

7. General Restrictions
7.1. The Offer cannot be redeemed with any other promotional offer, discount, trial
promotion, loyalty points, gift card redemption or special pricing unless expressly
agreed by Haute Dolci Ltd in writing.
7.2. There is a limit of one Complimentary Item provided per Qualifying Item
purchased per table transaction.
7.3. The Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or valid for
prior purchases.
7.4. Haute Dolci reserves the right to refuse the Offer if these T&Cs are not met, or
to refuse service in the event of abuse of the Offer.

8. Variation and Cancellation
8.1. Haute Dolci reserves the right, with or without notice, to modify, suspend, cancel
or terminate the Offer, or amend these T&Cs at any time and for any reason.
8.2. Any decision made by Haute Dolci regarding the Offer and these Terms &
Conditions shall be final and binding.

9. Local Store Availability
9.1. Availability of the Offer may differ by location, date, and time.
9.2. Customers are strongly advised to check with their local Haute Dolci venue
before placing an order to confirm that the Offer is running at that site on the day of
their visit.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have
exclusive jurisdiction.

Haute Dolci Leeds Patisserie Workshop Voucher

1. Voucher Eligibility

   • This voucher entitles up to eight (8) children to attend a Patisserie Workshop at Haute Dolci Leeds.

   • Children must meet any age or participation requirements set by Haute Dolci Leeds for workshop activities.

2. Booking Requirements

   • Advance booking is essential. A reservation must be made at least one (1) week prior to the preferred workshop date.

   • Customers must notify staff of the voucher at the time of booking.

3. Voucher Presentation

   • The physical or digital voucher must be presented to staff on the day of the workshop.

   • Failure to present the voucher may result in refusal of entry or full charges applying.

4. Validity & Usage

   • The voucher is valid for a single workshop session only.

   • It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

   • Haute Dolci Leeds reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the voucher.

5. Cancellation & Amendments

   • Any cancellations or changes must follow Haute Dolci Leeds’ standard booking policy.

   • The venue reserves the right to reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, voucher holders will be offered an alternative date.

6. General Conditions

   • All participants must follow staff instructions for safety and hygiene throughout the workshop.

   • Haute Dolci Leeds accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.

Haute Dolci Black Friday Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of the Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”) is Haute World Franchising Ltd, company number 12305668, registered office at 1 Fishwick Park, Mercer Street, Preston, England, PR1 4LZ, trading as “Haute Dolci” in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). 

The Promotion is operated exclusively through the official Haute Dolci website (“Website”). 

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion runs from 12:00 AM (UK time) on Friday 21 November 2025 until 11:59 PM (UK time) on Monday 1 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Only qualifying purchases completed during the Promotional Period are eligible. 

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to all customers making purchases via the Haute Dolci Website during the Promotional Period.
3.2 Employees of Haute Dolci or its affiliates may participate unless restricted by internal policy.
3.3 Customers must comply with these Terms in full, including using the required discount code, to redeem the Promotion. 

4. Offer Details

4.1 During the Promotional Period, customers will receive 20% off the purchase price of Haute Dolci gift cards in the following denominations: £25, £50, and £100.
4.2 This Promotion applies online only and is not available in-store.
4.3 To redeem the Promotion, customers must enter the discount code DOLCIGIFT at checkout on the Haute Dolci Website.
4.4 The discount will only apply where the correct discount code is entered during checkout before payment is completed.
4.5 No other gift card denominations or products are included in this Promotion. 

5. Exclusions & Restrictions

5.1 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher, coupon, loyalty reward, or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.2 The discount code must be entered correctly to apply; the discount cannot be added retrospectively once the order is completed.
5.3 The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5.4 Gift cards purchased during this Promotion are subject to Haute Dolci’s standard gift card terms and conditions. 

6. Availability

6.1 The Promotion is subject to availability of gift cards. Haute Dolci reserves the right to withdraw or substitute gift cards if supply or operational constraints arise.
6.2 Availability may vary depending on website traffic and stock levels. 

7. Online Purchase & Technical Issues

7.1 Online purchases may require a valid account on the Haute Dolci Website.
7.2 Haute Dolci is not responsible for technical issues affecting the Website, discount code functionality, payment services, or network connectivity that may prevent the code from being applied.
7.3 Customers affected by technical issues must contact Haute Dolci customer service before the Promotional Period ends in order to attempt to complete their purchase at the discounted price.
7.4 Haute Dolci is under no obligation to honour the discount if the promotional code is not successfully applied at checkout due to user error. 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

8.1 If a customer cancels an order, any refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
8.2 Haute Dolci may cancel or refuse orders for operational or security reasons; in such cases, Haute Dolci may issue a refund or permit the customer to reorder at the discounted price within the Promotional Period. 

9. Fraud, Misuse & Enforcement

9.1 Haute Dolci reserves the right to refuse the Promotion where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, including unauthorised use or sharing of the discount code.
9.2 Abuse of the Promotion may result in cancellation of orders and/or suspension of customer accounts. 

10. Changes to the Promotion

Haute Dolci reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed during the Promotional Period. 

11. Liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Haute Dolci’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, Haute Dolci is not liable for: 

• indirect or consequential losses; 

• technical or operational issues affecting participation; 

• the inability to apply the discount code due to user error; 

• failure of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

12. Data Protection

12.1 Personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Haute Dolci’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws. Participation constitutes consent to such processing where required to administer the Promotion. 

13. Governing Law &Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

Gift cards can only be redeemed at participating Haute Dolci locations.
They cannot be used for online purchases unless otherwise specified.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Any remaining balance after this period will be forfeited.

Only the £100.00 gift card includes a complimentary HD Engraved Key.
Customers purchasing this card automatically become keyholders.

Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced under any circumstances.

The balance of the gift card can be checked at any participating store.
Partial redemption is allowed, and the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
They cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

A maximum purchase value may apply to gift cards (e.g., £100 per card).

Haute Dolci reserves the right to void any gift card suspected of fraud or misuse.

The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
