Statement from the CEO – COVID 19

Dear Customers,

Given the unprecedented situation regarding COVID-19, we have taken stringent measures to make sure the safety and welfare of all our customers and employees are of the utmost importance.

KEEPING OUR RESTAURANTS CLEAN AND SAFE

We remain committed to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness and have strengthened our hygiene and safety procedures to minimise the spread of COVID-19.

These include:

Sanitising tables, seats, menus, etc after each use.

Cutlery and napkins are no longer kept on tables, they will be handed to you upon serving your food.

Contact points such as door handles, card readers, taps, and handrails will be kept clean even more regularly with disinfectant.

Reminding all employees of the importance of thorough and frequent handwashing, and to change gloves every 20 minutes.

A dedicated cleaner has been employed to ensure the store is kept disinfected at all times.

CONTINUING TO SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS

We are committed to remain open for everyone for as long as it is safe to do so.

ACCORDING TO THE CDC, EFSA AND, NHS, THERE IS CURRENTLY NO EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THE TRANSMISSION OF COVID-19 ASSCOIATED WITH FOOD.

Our restaurants will remain open as usual and we have taken a number of additional steps to ensure that you can continue to enjoy our food and feel safe.

If any staff members are remotely unwell with the symptoms of the virus, they will be sent home immediately to ensure the safety of all customers and staff.

DINE IN
Spaced tables/seating between customers including the availability of our private dining rooms.

PHONE ORDERING/CAR HOP SERVICE
We are offering a phone order service for pick up as well as deliveries to cars (Car Hop Service).

HOME DELIVERIES
We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure couriers and our restaurant teams minimise the spread of COVID-19 within the procedures they follow, including leaving food deliveries on doorsteps.

We are closely following the advice from the local health authorities and we emphasise to both our customers and employees that good hygiene is the key to minimising the spread of this virus.

We will continue to keep you updated via email, our social media accounts and website. We will ensure to keep updates within and around our stores relating to any necessary closures or changes to services.
