We have been working hard on a new and improved loyalty programme! Launching on Tuesday 1st October, the HD Key app is elevated, engaging, and a definite must-have for all Haute Dolci fans.
What’s new?
Users of the HD Key app will now embark on a delicious journey to the ultimate prize of ✨ the Golden Key ✨
At every sweet step along the journey, you will collect charms and freebies too!
App users will no longer earn charms by collecting 1 point per £1 spend. Instead, you’ll simply unlock a new charm per qualifying visit, and each visit will get you one step closer to the Golden Key.
What does it mean to be a Keyholder?
Our Keyholders are the most prestigious Haute Dolci customers. They love HD; they love to indulge and to treat their loved ones to delicious and luxurious moments.
And, we reward them with:
Keyholder Prices – a flat 20% discount on fan-favourite menu products!
Exclusive offers and discounts, including a ‘member-versary’ gift to celebrate their anniversary of becoming a Key Holder.
Exclusive invites to taste new products before anyone else and access to grand launch events.

How can I become a Keyholder?
1. Download the HD Key app and complete the registration process.
2. For every in-store visit to a Haute Dolci location with a minimum spend of £10, you’ll unlock one delicious charm on your journey to the Golden Key.
2. Some charms will be a classic HD icon to highlight your elevated status.
3. Some charms will be free gifts 👀
4. When you reach the Golden Key, you’ll get instant access to all the perks we promise, and you’ll receive instructions on how to get your hands on a physical Golden Key to show off to your friends.
All existing members will receive an email shortly to explain more about their current membership status and how it will be affected.
