What is the “Dear Mum” experience at Haute Dolci?
Dear Mum is a special Mother’s Day dining experience created to celebrate Mum properly. Guests booking the Dear Mum package can also submit a personalised message titled “10 Reasons Why My Mum Is Special.” This message will be printed, sealed in a branded envelope and presented to Mum at the table during your visit.
What is included in the Dear Mum package?
The Dear Mum package includes:
• Any Brunch or Savoury Main
• Any Soft Drink
• Any Petite Dessert
This curated package has been designed to create a complete and memorable Mother’s Day dining experience.
Are there any menu exclusions in the package?
Yes. The following items are excluded from the Dear Mum package:
English Breakfast, Shakshuka, English Vegetarian, Turkish Eggs, Full English Waffle, Truffle Pasta, Chicken Cremosa and Truffle Burger.
How much is the Dear Mum package?
The package pricing starts from £18 per person. You will see the exact price when selecting your store during booking.
How do I book the Dear Mum experience?
You can book directly through the reservations page. Simply choose your preferred location, select the Dear Mum package for Mother’s Day, and follow the booking steps to confirm your reservation.
Do I need to book before submitting my “10 Reasons Why My Mum Is Special”?
Yes. You must first book the Dear Mum package. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation number, which must be entered when submitting your message online.
When is the deadline to submit the “10 Reasons”?
All submissions must be received by Thursday, 12th March, to ensure we have enough time to prepare and print your personalised letter.
How will the personalised Dear Mum letter be presented?
Your message will be printed on branded paper, placed in a sealed envelope and presented to Mum at the table before the dessert course, creating a special reveal moment during your meal.
Can I add more guests to my booking?
Yes. Additional guests can be added to your reservation, subject to availability. Please contact the restaurant directly if you need to adjust your booking.
Are vegetarian or vegan options available?
Yes. Our menu includes vegetarian and vegan options. Please mention any dietary requirements when making your reservation.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
